Finally finished my take on Babs and Cameron’s Batgirl design!

I still have a massive HeroesCon recap blog post in the works, but considering the comics news today, I wanted to share this amazing commission that Babs Tarr drew for me at HeroesCon ♡

Since Babs was so busy at the con all weekend, I just handed her my sketchbook on Saturday and asked for a commission of Jem, but only if she wasn’t too bombarded with work. When I stopped by her table on Sunday, she surprised me with an illustration of me as Batgirl/Batmangirl and I almost started tearing up on the spot. Thank you so much, Babs - I really can’t wait to see you work your magic on the new Batgirl series this fall.

So I haven’t colored a Babs Tarr Batgirl, but I have colored a Babs Tarr Batmangirl.

Added legs to my valentine for Betty Felon from last Valentine’s Day so I could use it as my banner for Heroes Con!

Here’s my Project Rooftop entry! I was thinking kind of a Prince/Beyonce sort of thing. Wanted her to be a little more casual and out there because that’s what I liked so much about the original Draw Batgirl Meme.

After I submitted that I did a few more that were more functional and the latter was the one of that bunch that I liked enough to finish. Looked at a lot of GCPD swat stuff from the Nolan films and tried to fit the bat logo in there. Hope you like ‘em!

Over the last month I ended up revamping every canonical Batgirl for fun leading up to PR’s Batgirl redesign contest. Figured I’d throw them all together to show you guys. Hope you like ‘em!
