Here’s my rendition of Patriot for the Official Marvel Handbook Redux Edition! Had a lot of fun doing this one.

Here’s an idea for Robin I’ve had for a while. Just kind of making him more of Batman’s medic/scout and applying some of the classic elements but in more of an actual urban war zone setting. I was actually going to enter this in Dustin Nguyen’s Batman redesign contest on deviantart, but work/life got in the way. 

Superman redesign I wanted to get out of my head. 

The belt was me working off of Luma Lynai’s big belt but I turned it into more of a wrestler belt. The cape is based off of Martian Manhunter’s modern cape because both Power Girl and MM’s cape’s used to be the same before she got her shoulder strap. Just wanted to doodle it out because it’s been in my head for a while. 

Tried another design for Monica, this time based off of Ultimate Mahr-Vehl’s look.

Kirstin Wells - Superwoman redesign

Doodled this out last night. I wanted to make her look a little more futuristic and make it a little more formal (in the story it was a present for Supergirl to wear at a party, I think). Also, I’ve never been a fan of people in the Superfamily wearing masks; a hood feels friendlier to me. Almost changed the yellow to silver but I decided against it. Hope you guys like it!

Yesterday Chris Haley was talking about PRIME from the Ultraverse on twitter and I mentioned that I’d really like to see someone reboot the Ultraverse in the same vein as Image’s Extreme Comics relaunch. 

I decided to do a redesign of Prime for my warm up today. Not sure if I was too slavish to the original costume or not. I wanted to make it a little more centurion-esque.

If I were to relaunch Prime, I’d do it as an homage to Captain Marvel, especially since the actual Captain Marvel, who now goes by Shazam, was just rebooted with a new characterization. 

Anyway, hope you guys like it.
